Team tab
Use this tab to configure which appointments any employees who have direct reports (managers) will see, so that they can configure which of their team’s appointments appear in their calendar.

Tick the box if you want all-day diary events for teams to be displayed for employees as training. |
Absences |

Enabled |
Tick the box if you want to enable managers to choose to view absences in their team calendar. When you tick this box, the other fields in the Absences section are enabled. |
Subject Template* |
Type the name of the template that determines what managers see in their calendar. The default is Employee: #name# - #type#. |
Holidays |

Tick the box if you want to enable managers to choose to view holidays in their team calendar. When you tick this box, the other fields in the Holidays section are enabled. |
