Enabling the Calendar Feed
When your organisation is licensed for the module, users with the System Administrator role can access all Calendar Feed options by default, but you need to enable access for all other roles in Admin > Accounts and Security > Roles.
You can do either of the following:

Create a new role with all the Calendar Feed options enabled, and then assign it to the users who need it

Enable the Calendar Feed options in the role(s) that users currently use
For each role that you want to give Calendar Feed access to, click the Activities tab, and then enable the appropriate Calendar Feed options in Admin > Calendars and Time > Calendar Feed.
When you have assigned or amended the role(s), users can access the Calendar Feed options when they next log in.
