Unassessed |
Initial status for all employees.
Every month, you need to deal with all employees with this status. You can postpone employees with a start date since the beginning of the current PRP or a future start date for up to three months. |
Excluded |
Employees excluded from AE (for example, non-UK workers).
To exclude an employee from AE, tick Exclude Employee from Auto Enrolment on their Auto Enrolment screen. |
Outside of Age Boundary |
Employees aged under 16 or over 75.
No AE action can be taken from this status. When employees reach 16, they are reassessed and moved to the appropriate pot/status.
However, from this status you can send communications, start workflows or use this group. Communications are displayed on employees’ timeline. |
Already a Member |
Employees who are already members of a qualifying pension scheme (i.e. with Member of a Qualifying Pension Scheme ticked on their Auto Enrolment screen).
You do not need to assess these employees and the Auto Enrolment module ‘ignores’ them. |
