Assign profiles to employees
There are three ways in which employees can be assigned to an auto enrolment profile.
Assign to a current group

Select All employees I can access via the Organisation Explorer or use Query Builder to create a group (remember to select Use this Group), to specify the employees who need the profile.

Go to Admin > Pay Section > Auto Enrolment Profiles, then select Assign to Current Group against the required profile.

Select OK when prompted to confirm.
Assign to an individual

Navigate to the employee’s Job and Salary record within HR.

Update the current active record

Select the appropriate profile from the Auto Enrolment Profile list.
Assign to a new starter
The field can be added to the New Starter Wizard, to ensure the field is populated as part of adding a New Starter to HR using the Wizard.
