Assign profiles to employees

There are three ways in which employees can be assigned to an auto enrolment profile.

Assign to a current group

  1. Select All employees I can access via the Organisation Explorer or use Query Builder to create a group (remember to select Use this Group), to specify the employees who need the profile.

  2. Go to Admin > Pay Section > Auto Enrolment Profiles, then select Assign to Current Group against the required profile.

  3. Select OK when prompted to confirm.

Assign to an individual

  • Navigate to the employee’s Job and Salary record within HR.

  • Update the current active record

  • Select the appropriate profile from the Auto Enrolment Profile list.

Assign to a new starter

The field can be added to the New Starter Wizard, to ensure the field is populated as part of adding a New Starter to HR using the Wizard.
