Reset memorable words
If employees forget their memorable word, they can click, I’ve forgotten my memorable word.
Clicking this link generates an email containing reset instructions to the address held in the employee’s Work Email Address field. The employee will see a message to confirm this.
To reset the memorable word, the employee needs to click the link in the email, answer their security question, and then set up a new memorable word.
If the employee does not receive an email, they need to contact your system administrators, who can manually reset memorable words at any point.
