Manually reset memorable words

System administrators

System administrators can reset memorable words at any point, in Admin > Accounts and Security > Users.

To clear the memorable word, click Reset Memorable Word beside the appropriate user’s name. When the user next logs in, they will be prompted to set a new memorable word.

Employees

Employees can choose to reset their own memorable words in the following area, if enabled in the role being used.

On the dashboard, go to: Action > Change Security Details > Memorable Word.
