Sickness Following a Rejected Holiday

You can use Query Builder to search for any a sickness days taken on the same day a holiday request had previously been rejected.

Build your query

For this search you need to add the following fields and criteria:

REQUESTS

  • Screen (fx) with criteria of Equal to Holiday or Self Service Attendance.

Holiday looks at requests in IRIS Cascade, Self Service Attendance looks at requests in MyCascade. Self Service Attendance can be removed if you do not use MyCascade.

  • Status with criteria of AND Equal to Rejected.

  • Requested Date (fx) with criteria of AND Equal to the date you want to search for.

ABSENCE (DATES)

  • Category

  • Type

  • Date with criteria of AND Equal to the date you want to search for.

You can only search for one date at a time. The Requested Date and Date must be the same.

Example

This example shows the basic fields and criteria needed to return the data, you can add more fields if needed.

Adding fields from other list screens may produce duplicate records that can distort the results.

Publish your query for other users

You can save and publish any of your queries for other users to run.

To do this, select functions for certain roles on the Publish tab of the query's Properties.
