Login messages
IRIS Cascade gives you the ability to push messages out to users that will appear once they've logged in or at the click of a button.
Go to: Admin > Employee engagement section > Login messages
Login messages can be created to show either text or a YouTube video. They can be set to show to a specific Role and within a date range.
Bell icon: Any published messages can be accessed by clicking the bell icon in the top right-hand corner of the main header section. This can be used from anywhere in IRIS Cascade HR/Payroll.

User access to messages
Any unread published messages will be shown to users, with the required role, after logging into IRIS Cascade.
All published messages, that have been read, can still be accessed by clicking on the bell icon in the top right hand corner. This opens the pop up so a user can re-read any messages.
The bell icon will show a red indicator circle when a user has any unread messages. The count will go down as a message is displayed to a user and they navigate to the next message.
The bell icon will show a disabled status when the user has nothing published for them to see.
