Monitoring WebHooks

To monitor the performance of your organisation’s WebHooks:

  1. Go to Admin.

  1. From the Interfaces and Diagnostics section , select Webhooks > Monitor of WebHooks.

You will see the WebHooks Monitor screen, listing all WebHooks activity.

From this screen, you can:

  • Filter the list by any of the following:
    • Status (All, Succeeded or Failed)
    • Event Type (RequestCreated, RequestAuthorised, RequestRejected, RequestUpdated, RequestDeleted)
    • Date range
  • Click any entry to view more information (for example, the reason for failure)
