Allocate locations to administrators

After entering all your timesheet locations, you need to assign the location to users who need access to input and submit the timesheets and also authorise them.

  1. Go to Admin > Calendars and Time > Timesheet Location Access.

     

  2. Select the required Timesheet User from the list.

    The employees available for selection are those who have been set up within Users Profiles & Roles > Users. You need to ensure the users have the required role for the correct group timesheets access.

  3. Select the required location then select Apply.
