About MyCascade app
MyCascade app is a free app for IRIS Cascade users that allows customers and their employees to engage with MyCascade on the go. The MyCascade app is already live, available, and used by tens of thousands of users. The app has extended with functionality aimed at managers and employees.
Progressive Web App (PWA)
PWA (Progressive Web App) is a website that looks and behaves as a mobile app. PWAs are built to take advantage of native mobile device features, without requiring the end user to visit an app store, make a purchase and download software locally.
MyCascade app versus IRIS Cascade
MyCascade is the same system as IRIS Cascade and is the natural extension of it to business users who need a modern, versatile user experience.
Customise MyCascade
Two parts of the MyCascade app can be customised to match your companies branding.
Make sure you customise your MyCascade before your users install the app. If you change the name or icon, users need to reinstall the app.
Set the icon
The icon can be set in Admin > Company Settings > Login Page and Browser tab and app icon.
Once installed, the icon for the app appears.
Set the name
The name can be set in Admin > General Settings > System Properties > Text Customisation > MyCascade.
