Mail merge salary review data

  1. Once the salary review has been committed, go to Admin.
  2. From the Pay section, select Global Salary Update.
  3. Select Custom Salary Review then select View Data next to the required salary review.

  4. Select View Mail Merge Data. The available fields in the mail merge dataset are displayed.

  1. To access the dataset and create the mail merge, go to Admin.

  2. From General Settings, select Documents Catalogue

  3. Select Create New Template.

  4. Select the salary review mail merge dataset in the Data Source list.
