Global uplift

  1. Go to Admin > Pay > Global Salary Update.

  2. From the Standard Updates section, select Global Uplift.

     

  3. Enter or select a previously added Review Date. Refer to Set up pay grades and pay spines.

  4. Select a reason from the list then select Show Employees. The system checks all your employees’ Job & Salary records and lists any employee who uses a pay grade. In the list, employees who use the pay spine that the new review date was added to are highlighted in green.

  5. Select each employee you want to add a new Job & Salary record for then scroll to the end of the list and select Apply New Pay.

  6. Select OK when prompted to confirm. The changes made are listed.

  7. If you want to check the records, you can print the screen, use Query Builder, and/or select random employees and view their Job & Salary screen.
