Important Update Regarding Minimum Required Version of SQL Server for Cascade On-Premise Customers

Please note this update is relevant for On-Premise customers only

As part of our commitment to providing you with the most secure and up-to-date technology infrastructure, we will be incrementing the minimum required version of SQL Server to 2019. This change will come into effect on July 14, 2026. It is important to note that this date aligns with the Microsoft extended support end date for SQL Server 2016.

After the specified date, any upgrades to our services will require the correct minimum version of SQL Server (2019 or higher) to already be in place. Failure to meet this requirement will mean that upgrades can no longer take place.

We recommend that you make the necessary arrangements to ensure your SQL Server environment is updated to meet the new minimum version requirement by the specified date. This proactive step will help you avoid any disruptions in using our services and ensure a seamless transition to future upgrades.

If you have any questions or require assistance with the upgrade process, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.
