HR

Enhancements

  • Change Lab - Pro rata holidays for fixed term contract employees can now be added. For more details see Using Job & Salary screen

  • Change Lab - When accessing the holiday screen from the planner, the Back button now returns the user to the planner.

  • When in Screen Designer > Tables and Fields > Import Data and Screens from Excel, the Create template button name has been changed to explain exactly what happens if the button is clicked. This has been done to help a user understand the implications of the action.
  • Change Lab - In the Training module, the Location field has been added to the list of scheduled courses.

Fixes

  • We've removed an error that appeared when submitting training enquiry through course listings.

  • When in Recruitment > Email Design, the left hand menu now shows the correct Recruitment options.

Payroll

Enhancements

  • Change Lab - Added the ability to flag employees as an Apprentice Under 25 on the HR > Employee > Job & Salary screen. This can be synchronised across to the Payroll > Employee > Payroll > Pay Record via Payroll > Integration > Static Data area. For more details, see Apprentice Under 25.

  • On 23 March 2022, the UK government announced an increase in National Insurance thresholds from 6 July 2022. In preparation for this, we've updated the NI Bands on the Payroll > Maintenance > Legislation > National Insurance Legislation screen . These come into effect from 06/07/2022.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue causing the totals to be misaligned on the Payroll > Reports and Analysis > Gross to Net Report

  • Fixed an issue that causes Paternity records to reappear in Payroll > Integration > Paternity Pay integration area after year end has been complete
