Enhancements

  • Dashboard chart header colour: Updated the charts on dashboards to match the left hand menu. This colour is an accessible colour set against the User Theme used by the user.
  •  General UI: Improvements to:
    • Sort code pop up on Bank screen.
    • Preview logo in User Themes appears correctly.
    • Log out page new UI styling.

Fixes

  • Improved UI banner: The banner is now appearing properly. This issue only affected installed customers.
  • Document Catalogue: The Last Updated fields are now updating correctly.
  • Three dot menu in User Theme: The User menu is now appearing properly.
  • Spelling mistake: Corrected spelling of Separator in screen designer.
  • Job title changes: If a job title is changed, it only affects the records after the entered effective date.

Payroll

Enhancements - Legislation 2023/2024

  • Figure updates: Added updated figures for the 2023/2024 tax year to the Payroll > Maintenance > Legislation screen for:

    • Tax

    • National Insurance

    • Postgraduate Loan

    • Student Loan

    • Class 1A NI

    • Statutory Leave

    • SSP

    • Auto Enrolment Pension

  • P60s : Updated to meet HMRC Standard for the 2022/2023 tax year.

  • Tax codes: Updated to make sure employees' tax codes are uplifted by the relevant value during the year end process.

Fixes

  • Net to gross value: This value is now appearing properly when edited down to zero.

  • Pension duplication: An issue that was causing the pension history to duplicate in certain circumstances has now been fixed.

  • Background tasks for year end: The tasks for the year end process are running correctly.

Scalability & performance

  • We've upgraded our database engine to optimise performance.

  • We've added enhanced diagnostic tools for quicker issue investigation and resolution.
