IRIS Cascade Assistant
IRIS Cascade Assistant is a chatbot designed to understand your questions and retrieve answers from our Help Centre.
Whether you're looking for help using a feature, or learning how to make the most of IRIS Cascade's capabilities, there are several ways IRIS Cascade Assistant can improve your experience.
IRIS Cascade Assistant does not have access to your personal data and is unable to answer questions related to this. For example, it can tell you how to check how many holidays you have, but it cannot retrieve your own holiday information for you.

In-app help: You can interact with IRIS Cascade Assistant and get answers without ever leaving IRIS Cascade.
This is particularly useful when using a step by step guide to complete a task. You can keep IRIS Cascade Assistant open while interacting with the product, allowing you to follow steps without leaving the task or having to change between windows.

Instant answers:IRIS Cascade Assistant provides instant answers to your questions, reducing the time you have to spend searching.

The chatbot is trained on ONLY the content found in the public IRIS Cascade help centre.

No personal identifiable information is automatically captured by the Chatbot.

We are able to delete chat logs from the Chatbot, but are unable to identify who had the chat or from which organisation.
Access IRIS Cascade Assistant
Once released IRIS Cascade Assistant will automatically be enabled. You do not need to manually enable it.
The IRIS Cascade Assistant icon is displayed in the bottom left corner, and is available on every page:
Select the icon to open the chat:
Select Start New Chat, then select one of the options or enter your own question.
