  • Query Builder: A new field has been added to the Document section of Query Builder. Titled 'Docusign Status (fx), this will allow a query to be build to show if a document has been signed, or is awaiting signature.

  • Employee screens: Various accessibility and usability enhancements have been made to improve keyboard and screen reader support.

    • The main screen heading now displays the title of the record and the name of the group or employee, making it easier to understand where you are.

    • The screen select menu now has an accessible label and is contained in a new navigation landmark to help screen reader users move to it quickly.

    • Tab order now follows the visible order (left to right).

    • When editing a record, inputs now have accessible labels that are announced by screen readers on focus.

    • Screen action buttons at the bottom of the page are now better organised, have easier-to-understand labels and use standard HTML markup.

  • Field removal: An unused field, Theme (old Theme Builder), has been removed from the Users > Login Details screen and Update Common Fields for Group as it related to a feature that had been removed.

Fixes

  • Admin: Auto-enrolment state pensionThe State Pension Age Legislation calendar has been updated to reflect changes to the state pension age from April 2026.

  • Admin: Auto-enrolment at a glance. When searching for employees based on Employees Last Correspondence, an error would be encountered. This has now been fixed

  • Admin: Auto enrolment at a glance. When attempting to view Employee Earnings, the Earnings action button would not display any information. As this is information is held in the Excel Export of this page, the Earnings option has been removed.

  • Requests: An error has been reported that happens when a standard email template has been upgraded. This caused the process to halt. The issue has been found and addressed. Requests should now work as intended.

  • Email design #1: When deleting a field from an email, the resulting pop up allowed you to click anywhere on the screen and this caused the field to be deleted. This has now been fixed and only clicking on the Continue button will remove the field.

  • Email design #2: After adding fields to an email template, when you go back to add more fields, the Field(s) selector still says how many were previously selected, rather than reverting to none.

  • Duplicate holiday records being created: We have fixed an issue where duplicate holiday records were being created, which System Admins were previously unable to delete. These were being created when the action to Accept was done by two users at the same time.

  • Authorisation routes: The Cancel button on the Employee Picker in Authorisation Routes now correctly closes the picker window.

Payroll

Fixes

  • Audit Report: When viewing the audit report for employees with a rate element calculated via a formula, if the employee had a change to a different element, the audit report would incorrectly show that the rate element had been changed to 0.00. This has now been fixed

  • Integrate New Starters: When integrating new starters who have Student Loan Plan 5 selected, an incorrect validation message appeared if Student Loan Plan 5 element was not set up in Pay Elements. This has now been fixed

  • Integrate Sick Pay: When sick pay had been paid for 28 weeks, Cascade would cease paying SSP correctly, however when extending the sickness record in HR, Integration would attempt to bring further SSP payments through incorrectly. This has now been fixed
