Enhancements

Configure this screen: A change has been made to the behaviour of the Form Separator. When a new screen is created and a Form Separator is added in the first 5 fields it automatically gets set as ‘Show in list'. A Form Separator should not be set to show in the list of a list screen as there's no data assigned to it. The property Show in List is editable when changing from Yes to No. When No is set and Saved it cannot be changed back to Yes.

Auto Generate Accounts: In Admin > Users > Auto Generate Account, a change has been made to the field Single Sign-On (no password). It has been changed to make it more descriptive to users and it'll now be called, Single Sign-On and External Authentication Provider (e.g. Azure) (no password).

New starters: When adding a new starter, occasionally this action did not trigger any workflows and the action was not added to the Data Change Audit. We have investigated this and it seems that Cascade had timed out but the new starter API hadn't. This meant that the new starter was added but nothing was triggered. We have now implemented timeout message that will appear if your Cascade session has ended. This will tell you so and ask you to log back in and try again.

Deleting orphaned requests: We have added the ability to delete more than one orphaned request at a time. There's now tick boxes and a select all tick box on the top of the left hand side of the screen. When clicking on Delete Selected, it will only delete those selected on the page. If you have access to the Orphaned requests tab you will also get access to the Delete Selected button.

Data Change Audit: Users of the HR API will now be able to directly filter for API changes in the Data Change Audit.
Fixes

HR Sidebar Links: A security fix has been applied when adding external links that are visible to users in the left hand menu. This is to stop potential cross site scripting attacks if a user added malicious scripts.

MyCascade absence booking form: When booking an absence, if the dates entered clashed with another absence the message displayed to the user was missing some important information. We have now improved what is shown to the user so it is clear which date(s) are causing the clash.

Vehicle Passenger Mileage - A new parameter for Passenger Mileage has been added to Legislation > Vehicle Mileage at 5p per mile. A new HMRC bracket has been added for Passengers in Application Data > Vehicle Mileage Schemes. Any existing setup for Vehicle Passenger Mileage using HMRC bracket for Cars and Vans will be unaffected.

Vehicle Mileage Schemes - A change to the description of calculation method Gross Pay Item Only (P11D) has been applied. This has been renamed to Gross Pay Item Only. This is a change to the description only and will not impact how the calculation is made when using this method.

NI Records - A fix has been applied to NI records screen regarding an incorrect validation message. The incorrect validation could prevent new records from saving, this has been resolved.

National Minimum Wage Report - Previously, when selecting a Pension in Salary Sacrifice and Deductions, the amount would be added to the Gross Pay when calculating the hourly rate. This has been resolved.

Gender Pay Gap. A fix has been applied to the Gender Pay Gap report. The Include in Gender Pay Gap as negative parameter will now correctly display elements as a negative on the Gender Pay Gap report correctly
