Login page and browser tab
-
-
Entitlement summary change: The entitlement summary has been redesigned so it shows all rows at all times. We have also removed the pop out window to help us meet accessibility guidelines. This summary can be found at certain times in the left hand menu e.g. Book a holiday.
Fixes
-
Admin: Copying a Role copied the member: Whenever a Role was copied, it would also copy the current members of that role. This has now been fixed.
-
Workflow Tasks/Process history: The tasks/process history pages have had pagination added to help display data. This has been done to help large organisations with lots of active workflows as it was causing this pages to time out and not load the data. The pagination works the same as the employee screens.
-
Workflow screen: When viewing the employee screen Workflow, if any process had multiple workflow forms the record would always show the same form. This has now been fixed.
-
Admin > Email design: Standard Cascade email templates names are now set as read-only. They cannot be changed as this was causing them to not send and had to be fixed by service desk. Custom email templates (ones you create) names can still be changed. A standard email won't have the option to Delete in the right hand (Action) column.
MyCascade
Enhancements
-
Dark Mode: MyCascade now has dark mode. This mode is linked to Cascade, changing the setting in one, changes it in the other. MyCascade also has the same options in Settings and accessibility.
-
Various styling changes: We have made some styling changes. This has been done to help with accessibility guidelines and to bring us inline with standard IRIS designs.
-
Removal of italics formatting
-
Buttons are now a 'pill' shape
-
Inbox wording tweaks (removal of the word 'still')
-
Text size increased to match browser defaults

Fixes
Payroll
Fixes
-
HMRC Reconciliation Report - If SNCP or SPBP recovered had values populated, the Total EPS figure would be incorrect when entering other editable fields on the report. This has now been fixed.
-
Gross Pay Report - If selecting YTD as the report range, the statutory leave figure would be incorrect if and employee had been paid SNCP. The report would incorrectly show the Amount Recovered value. This has now been fixed.
