Enhancements

  • Re-style the Pie chart to new design - IRIS Cascade dashboard: The Pie chart has been redesigned to match the new style recently applied to My Holiday Balance and Headcount Status.

    We have also removed the legend view and added a Show chart button and made the Tooltip setting mandatory.

    This enhancement has been done to bring the pie chart in line with other design improvements applied to the dashboard charts.

Fixes

  • Strange document icon when there's an error with the file: If a document has been uploaded against an employee, and that document has an error, a warning triangle will be shown.

    This has been added to indicate where an issue with a document has appeared.

  • Opening Admin page from IRIS Cascade, does not show all the header-menu : A fix has been applied to the following pages where the header menu wasn't showing all the items.

  • Global Uplifts Content not showing in full width: We have corrected a graphical bug with the Global Salary Updates > Global Uplifts page as it wasn't being displayed in full screen.

  • Entitlement 'Prevent booking' & 'Include requests' not working: A fix has been applied where a user wasn't being stopped from submitting a request if they were going over their entitlement. This only happened when entitlement profile was set to Prevent booking and Include requests were selected.

  • Issue with Update Common Fields for Group since January hotfix: An error has been fixed when clicking on Update common fields for group' on the Users page in Admin.

National Minimum Wage updated to reflect 1st April Legislation Changes

Workplace Postcode: In preparation for 2025/2026 tax year, when a workplace postcode field is required to be submitted on FPS for employees working in an Investment Zone \ Freeport

  • A Workplace Postcode field has been added to Employee Details > Real Time Information.

  • Workplace postcode added to Global Employee Updates.

  • Calculate messages updated to include a warning if an employee is working in investment zone or freeport and does not have a workplace postcode populated for 2025/26 payroll runs.

Pension Drawdown Type: In addition to the three existing indicators for the pension drawdown type, two more have been introduced in relation to Lifetime Allowance LTA changes for 2025/26 for reporting on FPS:

  • Pension Commencement Excess Lump Sum (PCELS)

  • Stand Alone Lump Sum (SALS)

EPS

The employer payment summary (EPS) has been updated in line with the HMRC Technical Specifications for the 2025/2026 tax year

P60

The IRIS Cascade P60 has been updated in line with the HMRC requirements for 2024/2025.

Audit

A horizontal scroll bar has been added to the audit for use when the audit information expands beyond screen size
