HR
Enhancements
-
Settings and accessibility: Graphical changes have been made to this page to make it look like other areas in Cascade and to make the whole page left aligned.
-
Planner: When using dark mode, the exclamation mark always looked orange and it was difficult to see. It has now been changed so it's a direct opposite to its background colour.
-
HR sidebar links: The table view has been improved to make the ordering of links more obvious. The ability to change the display order now has it's own column and has been added to the left hand side. The Action buttons have been changed to be actual buttons, a direction that all clickable blue links in Cascade will be going in.
Fixes
-
Login messages: When adding a message description, if you added a line break (pressed enter) that was not being reflected when users were shown the message. This has now been fixed.
-
Dashboard: An accessibility improvement has been made to the main header skip link to make it part of the main content. This will help users who use a keyboard and a screen reader.
-
Workflow: On the workflow screen of an employee, It is possible to navigate to, and view, the content/recipients list of a sent email. The display of the email was being put at the bottom of the left hand menu as a result of the recent left hand menu changes. It has now been moved back to the center of the screen.

Enhancements
-
Inbox: All the links can now receive focus when using a keyboard. This has been done to make the inbox page meet accessibility guidelines.
-
Absence pop up: When using a screen reader and a keyboard, when validation messages appear, the screen reader announces 'Please fix the errors above before continuing'. When an invalid input (field) gets focus, the screen reader should announce that the input is invalid, and read the error message.
-
Absence pop up: When using a screen reader, changing dates and then the content of the entitlement summary updates, the screen reader announces the content of the summary.
