Release notes — 2 April 2025
HR
Enhancements
-
HR Dashboard: The tab order has been improved to make sure it follows a natural order. This has been done to help meet accessibility guidelines for keyboard and screen reader use.
-
MyCascade: In My Details we have removed the italics from the field names and column headers to align with our standard IRIS designs.
Fixes
-
Query builder: A fix has been applied to the date fields when using Dynamic Dates (selecting the FX button). The date picker button was still visible when it should be hidden.
-
Logging in: A small correction has been made to the password login screen as the wording shown was incorrect.
Now, if a blank password is entered, a generic 'Check your username or password and try again' will be shown.
This has been changed because the original message was too specific as to what the issue was and as such would aid an attack to understand the reason for not gaining entry.
The new message is a standard across login issues.
-
Workflow forms: A fix has been applied to workflow forms to correct an issue when changing the form to be used. It will now update any later task that use the same form.

Prior to Neonatal Care Pay and Leave being added to HR, to record any Neonatal Care Leave in the HR absence planner, add a new Attendance Category via Admin > Attendance Categories.
-
We recommend naming the category and associated type 'SNCL'
-
Tick the Option to Show on planner in the Category Properties.
-
This option will now be available to add to an employee absence record
It is important not to name the attendance category 'Statutory Neonatal Care Leave', as this category will be added to the categories list in the next release.
