Enhancements

  • Implement server-side pagination to Users list: on the Users page in Admin, we have added pagination to improve the performance of the page. It is the same type of pagination found in HR and will speed up the display of user account details especially on larger IRIS Cascade systems.

  • Implement new enhanced dashboard chart version: a new version of the software that controls the display of the enhanced dashboard and its charts has been added. This new version will allow us the make more modern updates to the different chart types and in the future will give end users more options.

    It will not affect any data they show, it is just how they display the data.

  • My Holiday Balance graphical improvements: on the enhanced dashboard, the My Holiday Balance dashboard chart has been updated to look modern with a new icon when used in large tile sizes. This has been done to improve the look of the charts after the update to the chart versions.

  • Improvements to enhanced dashboard chart display: on the enhanced dashboard, we have made graphical improvements to how the Bar, Column, Line, Pie, Table, and Counter charts display their data. This has been done to make the charts look modern and up to date.

    The changes in how the text id being displayed can be seen below.

  • Improvements to how Cascade displays entitlement data: we have made changes to the display of entitlement text in several areas of IRIS Cascade. This only impacts the way data is being displayed when in a text format. This has been done as part of aesthetical improvements to the general user interface of IRIS Cascade.

    The changes affect the following areas.

    Email templates

    • Absence current active job

    • Change request details

    • Entitlement year current

    • Entitlement year current and previous

    • Holiday request details

    IRIS Cascade pages

    • Occupational rates in Admin

    • Lieu screen summary in the left-hand menu

    • Close and carry

    • Creating entitlement years in group actions

    • Leaver dependency check

    • My holiday balance dashboard chart

Fixes

  • Display issue moving hierarchy nodes containing child nodes: a display issue has been fixed in Admin > Hierarchy when moving hierarchy nodes containing multiple child levels.

Enhancements

  • Employee Verification Connection (EVC): we are excited to announce a new partnership with Equifax for our Employee Verification Connector (EVC).

    This means we can now offer IRIS Employee Verification (opens in a new window) services to even more employees.

    As a result of this great news, we thought we'd remind you that if you feel this service doesn't benefit your company or employees (see benefits - opens in a new window), you have the option to opt out, simply use the EVC opt-out/in options within IRIS Cascade.

Stability and infrastructure

  • Implement Server-side Pagination to Integrate Hierarchy > Configuration screen: server-side pagination has been added to the Integrate Hierarchy > Configuration to significantly reduce the loading time of the screen.

  • Slow running - Editing Average Weekly Earnings in Integrate Sick Pay for Payroll: improvements made to reduce wait times when amending Average Weekly Earnings.
