Monitoring WebHooks

To monitor the performance of your organisation’s WebHooks:

1. Go to Admin.

   You can access Admin from the top hand menu.

   

2. From the Application Data page, select Webhooks > Monitor of WebHooks.

   You will see the WebHooks Monitor screen, listing all WebHooks activity.

   From this screen, you can:

   • Filter the list by any of the following:

     • Status (All, Succeeded or Failed).

     • Event Type (RequestCreated, RequestAuthorised, RequestRejected, RequestUpdated, RequestDeleted).

     • Date range.

3. Select any entry to view more information (for example, the reason for failure).
