Known issues in the IRIS HR API
This topic lists any outstanding known issues, together with any workarounds available.
We are actively working to resolve these issues and will release fixes as soon as possible.

If you submitted any changes or added new records during this time and can’t view them in Cascade, please resubmit them. |

Data Sync Issue Resolved We recently experienced an issue with an internal service that prevented data from syncing between the IRIS HR API and IRIS Cascade.
If you posted data to the API between 12:00pm on 10/02/2025 and 10:40am on 11/02/2025, you will need to resubmit this data. |
