Known issues in the IRIS HR API
This topic lists any outstanding known issues, together with any workarounds available.
We are actively working to resolve these issues and will release fixes as soon as possible.

We have identified the issue and are working hard to resolve it. We estimate the API will remain unavailable until at least Wednesday 16 October 2024, but will provide more updates if this changes.
API access temporarily suspended - updated: 13:30, 10 October 2024 We are currently working hard to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. At present, the API will remain off today (10 October) and tomorrow (11 October 2024).
We aim to provide a further update by close of business tomorrow (11 October 2024), indicating whether this issue is expected to continue into next week.
We are aware many of you have built processes around the API, and recommend using temporary options as a back-up until it is resolved.
