IRIS HR API - Fair Usage Policy
This topic outlines the rules and guidelines for using the HR API (“API”) of IRIS Software Group. By accessing or using the API, Users (“you”) are agreeing to the terms of this Fair Use Policy.
If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use of the API immediately and contact hrapi@iris.co.uk to remove access.
You agree not to, and not to allow any End User or third-party to use the API in a way that interferes with, disrupts, or violates the integrity of the API. This includes, but is not limited to, breaching or circumventing any security or authentication measures, engaging in any conduct which disrupts, disables, or overloads the API, such as submitting excessively frequent or numerous requests beyond that which is deemed reasonable for normal business operation, or attempting to bypass, exploit, defeat, or disable limitations or restrictions placed on the API.
You shall not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any IRIS Software Group systems or networks without prior consent. You shall nor use the API to create a product or service with features that compete with IRIS Software Group's services. Infringe upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy, and publicity rights. Use the API in any illegal activities or to promote dangerous activities.
IRIS Software Group reserve the right to throttle, cap or disable your access to the API, without warning, if breaches to this Fair Use policy are detected. Decisions about what constitutes a breach of the Fair Use policy is at the sole discretion of IRIS Software Group. We reserve the right to modify or replace this Fair Use Policy at any time. Your continued use of the API after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Fair Use Policy.
