Change Security Roles for Period States

This guidance is only for IRIS Financials Version 7.0.2103 or earlier. If using version 7.0.2223 or later, go to Setting Security in Maintenance Screens.

To control which user's can post to a financial period, security roles must be assigned.to each period state: 

  1. Go to Maintenance, then select Period States.
