Link Suppliers to Factor Accounts
For suppliers using third-parties or agents to collect payments on their behalf, their account must be linked to the required factor account.
If the supplier is paid using a factor account, make sure Payments details are not added when creating their account. If they have been added, clear the entered details.
The required factor account must be created before it can be linked to a supplier account.

Go to Masters, then select Accounts....
- Select the PURCHASE - Purchase Ledger.
- Select the required supplier, then Payments, then EDIT.
- In Factor:
- ledger — Select PURCHASE.
- account — Select the required factor account.
- Select SAVE.
