Account Payments Already Paid

To check if a payment or invoice has already been paid:

  1. Go to Maintenance, then select Accounts.

  2. Select the required ledger.
  3. Find and select the required account, then LINKS.
  4. Select Details.

If already paid, in Status, a Paid is displayed.

You can also run an Detail Enquiry or Document Enquiry to find documents, payments, and invoices, with paid status.
