Delete Payment Runs

Delete payment runs when: 

  • Payments on a Draft run need to be available for another run
  • To clear cancelled payment runs that are no longer needed
  • They are no longer required for financial records

If deleting a posted payment run to make the payments available again, each payment document must be cancelled.

  1. For the required payment run, check the State is one of the following: 
    • Draft
    • Cancelled
  2. Select DELETE.
