Copy Security Across Entities

This guidance is only for IRIS Financials Version 7.0.2223 or later. If using version 7.0.2103 or earlier, this feature is not available.

If the same security settings applied to a user group for one entity are needed for others, settings can be copied.

When setting security and permissions, to copy them to another entity:

1. Select COPY.
2. Enter the code of the entity to Copy from and Copy to.
3. To apply the settings and save, select OK.

Repeat the steps for each required entity.
