Creating Sales Statements
There may be occasions where you want to issue a customer with a statement of their transactions to and from your establishment/organisation monthly, quarterly, or yearly.

Select Maintenance, then select Accounts from the menu.

The Select a ledger dialog is displayed. Double-select to select SALES - Sales Ledger.

The Account Maintenance window is displayed. Select the required sales account from the left-hand panel, then select LINKS.

To generate a statement for the sales account, select Generate Statement from the Processing section on the LINKS panel.

The IRIS Financials Reporting Services Browser window is displayed. A list of the transactions for the customer is displayed. To print a copy of the statement, select the Print icon. If you want to save a copy of the statement to email to the customer, select the Save icon, then select PDF from the drop-down menu.
