Introducing Owlbot
Owlbot is available on every page in IRIS Financials Purchasing, proving access to in-product help articles, guides and tours, and links to topics in our Help Centre.
In-product guides and Owlbot are only available if you accepted all cookies for IRIS Financials Purchasing when logging in.
Owlbot is currently being populated with help articles, guides, and links. If you are unable to find the help you need, use the link to visit the Help Centre.
How to use Owlbot
Select an option to access help articles, guides and tours, and links to Help Centre topics. If Owlbot Recommends is displayed, you can access specific help for the page you are using.
Alternatively, enter what you want help with or a search term to display any available help content.
Owlbot Updates
A badge is displayed to let you know when new help articles, guides, or tours are added to Owlbot.
Turn Owlbot On and Off
If you do not need in-product help all the time, you can turn Owlbot on or off as required.
To turn Owlbot on or off:
- Select the Owlbot icon in the top menu.
- Select Show Owlbot or Hide Owlbot.
Owlbot is shown on hidden depending on your choice when you next log in.
