E-Procurement Supplier Settings - Herts Fullstop (HFS)
Configure Herts FullStop (HFS) supplier settings to connect IRIS Financials Purchasing to HFS for punchout E-Procurement. You need to set up at least one school location and grant users access before they can place punchout orders with HFS.
You need administrator access to configure HFS supplier settings. You also need your From Identity and client secret code from HFS, along with the connection URLs for your setup.
Add a new school location

Go to the E-Procurement settings area and select Herts FullStop.

Select the Add New Location button at the top right of the screen.
Use Copy Supplier Settings to copy the configuration from an existing location and use it as a template. This saves time when adding locations with similar settings.

Enter the configuration details for the new location.

Select Save.
You can also access the configuration page for an existing location by selecting the Settings button for that location.
Configuration fields
The HFS configuration fields are the same as those used for other E-Procurement suppliers.

| From Identity | Your organisation's identity code, provided by HFS |
| From Identity | Your client secret code, provided by HFS |
| Connection URLs | The URLs used to connect to HFS — use the values provided by HFS for your live setup |
Do not use example or test URLs in a live environment. Use only the connection URLs provided by HFS for your organisation.
Give users access to a location
Individual users must be added to each school location before they can place punchout orders with HFS.

Open the settings for the relevant HFS school location.

Select User Permission.

Add the users who need access to this location.

Select Save.
