Editing User Defined Analysis Field Labels

In IRIS Financials, user defined analysis fields enable each organisation to store information based on their individual requirements. By default, these fields are labelled UF1, UF2, and UF3. These labels can be edited, based on the purpose of the analysis field, to something more meaningful. This is achieved as follows:

1. Select Home, then select Settings from the menu.
2. The Settings window is displayed. Select Your global settings from the left-hand panel, then select EDIT.
   
3. For each analysis field that is used, enter your required label. In the following example, UF1 has been relabelled to Accounts Email Address.
   
4. Once the required fields have been relabelled, select SAVE.
