Close the IRIS Financials Application

This article explains how to log out of, exit, or close the IRIS Financials application correctly.

Using any of the options to close the application requires you to log in to the application again.

There are three options available:

• Log Out - closes the application and automatically displays the log in window.
• Exit - closes the application but does not display the log in window.
• Close (X in top right-hand corner of the application window) - closes the application but does not display the log in window.

1. Select Home, then select Log out or Exit.

2. Alternatively, select X from the menu.
