How do I send an email to an approver for a document on the Register?
IRIS Financials automatically finds documents posted to the register that must have an email sent to the approver. Emails are sent either at a set time daily or within a specific time limit.
Settings for sending emails to approvers are set up when IRIS Financials is installed. To change the settings, contact your Account Manager.
On a Document Enquiry, documents to be approved that are ready to be emailed have Ready to email in User Field 2. The email is automatically sent to the approver at the times set at installation.
