Fixes and Updates
HR Record
- Data in Method Used can now be cleared successfully on the Extended Equality form
- Error no longer displayed after editing employment history records that have been imported into Authorisation Centre
- Submitted bank detail change requests are now processed correctly
The following fixes were made for the School Workforce Census:
- For Department for Education (DfE) 2024 requirements, GenderCurrent has been replaced with Sex
- Missing NI numbers are no longer considered duplicates and the checks are not location specific
- Error 4936 now only displays where the last day of absence is less than the academic year start date
- Error 4834Q now only displays where additional payment start date is less than the 31st August for the reference year date minus 1
- Error 4516Q only displays for contracts where the pay review date is blank or before or on the 31st August for the reference year date minus 1
Payroll
- Wording on the Pension Rate Changes wizard has been updated
- Resolved errors when producing Current Period Pay Summary Record for employees paying student or post graduate loans, who were not due to be paid but had leaver declaration selected
- Resolved issues with Payroll Detail report crashing
- Suspense account posting no longer created when Class 1A NICs are paid
- Class 1A NICs now display on the Payroll Journal report
General Fixes and Updates
- Start Time Actual and End Time Actual values now display correct when exporting query results
