Emailing a Collection Report

When you have processed a Direct Debit collection, you can email confirmation to your customers.

  1. Search for and expand the applicable collection list.

  2. Select the applicable collection items you want to email, then go to EmailSMTP. Accounts that do not contain a valid email address will not be processed.

    To add/update an email address double-select Email Address.

  3. The Emailing Complete dialog displays.
