Maintaining Dispute Codes

Dispute codes are used to categorise why items are being disputed. You are provided with several default dispute codes, but you can add your own if needed.

1. In IRIS Financials go to Maintenance > Keylists and select DDDISPUTE.

2. To add a new dispute code, go to ADD NEW > Key.

3. Enter a dispute code inKey. Then, enter the title in Title and description inText.

4. Select SAVE.
