Using questionnaires to gather information for tax returns is only supported for self assessment (personal) tax returns.

IRIS Elements Tax and IRIS Elements Tax and Accounts supports sending questionnaires to one or more clients:

• Send individual questionnaires
• Send batch questionnaires
