Select Proposal Manager from the main menu to view your proposal list.
Here you can view all the proposals you have worked on and their current status.
Proposal and email status
The Proposal Status and Email Status will update during the life cycle of the proposal:

This proposal hasn't been completed. Select the three dots icon > Edit proposal to continue working on this proposal. |

The prospect has received the proposal but has not yet accepted. |

The prospect has received and accepted the proposal. |

This proposal hasn't been sent to a prospect. Select the three dots icon > Edit proposal to continue working on this proposal. |
|
The email address used in the primary contact details is unreachable, attempts to send the proposal have bounced back. A new proposal will need to be created using a valid, reachable email address. |
|
The proposal has been successfully delivered to the prospect. |
Only proposals with the status Draft can be edited.
Search the proposal list
Use the search box to filter the proposals shown in the list.
You can search on the content of any of the columns in the list; Proposal ID, Start Date, Created Date, Company, Proposal Status, Email Status, Recurring value and One-off value.
The list displayed is updated as you type.
Proposal Dashboard
Select Dashboard to view a summary of your live and won proposals over the last 90 days.
