IRIS Elements Proposal Manager email settings

IRIS Elements Proposal Manager sends emails relating to proposals on your behalf. By default, any client replies are automatically sent to the person responsible for the proposal. If a client chooses to reply to one of these emails, you can specify the reply email address to use. You can also choose a name for the email account, such as your practice name.

  1. On the cog icon on the top menu, select Settings.

  2. Select Proposal Manager configuration.

Specify a reply email address

  1. On the Advanced tab, select Client replies.

  2. In Reply email address, enter the email address to be used for replies, then select Save.

Specify an email account name

  1. On the Advanced tab, select Client replies.

  2. Enter the Email name, then select Save.
