Customise the proposal PDF
Proposal PDFs are broken down into the following sections:
- Introduction
- Investment costs
- Please note
- What happens next
- Services you have selected
To customise the copy in these sections:
- Select the Admin settings cog icon.
- Select Settings.
- Select Proposal manager configuration.
- Select Content.
- Go to Proposal PDF library > Proposal PDF.
- Each section is layed out with it's own text editor in the main pane of the page.
Use the Tags menu to add mail merge fields into your proposal PDF.
- Make any required changes and select Save.
