Customise letters of engagement

Letters of engagement are broken down into the following sections:

• Introduction
• Scope
• Terms & conditions and privacy notice
• Agreement statements

To customise the copy in these sections:

1. Select the Admin settings cog icon.

   

2. Select Settings.
3. Select Proposal manager configuration.
4. Select Content.
5. Go to Engagement letter library > Letter of engagement.
6. Each section is layed out with it's own text editor in the main pane of the page.

   Use the Tags menu to add mail merge fields into your letter.
   

7. Make any required changes and select Save.
