Request new features
Want a feature that isn't currently available? You can now request new features from within IRIS Elements via our ideas portal.
- Go to https://elements.ideas.aha.io/portal_session/new.
- Enter your email address, then select Next.
- Enter your first and last name, then select Register. You'll be given immediate access to the ideas portal where you can see the ideas suggested so far.
You can now:
Vote for an existing idea
To vote for an existing idea, select the Vote icon on the left. The number of votes is displayed.
Add a new idea
It's a good idea to search the ideas portal to see if anyone has already suggested your idea. Enter your search criteria in the search box then press Enter.

To add a new idea, at the top of the page, select Add a new idea.

Enter a one sentence summary of your idea. It's import to keep this concise and clear to encourage other people to vote.

Add more details including why you think it would be useful, who would benefit from it, how you'd like it to work. This should give us sufficient information to decide whether this feature should be developed.

Choose which product your idea relates to then select Share idea. Our Product Management team review the ideas on a frequent basis.
View and post comments
You can see any exiting comments relating to the idea by selecting the speech bubble icon. Enter any comments then select Post comment.
Subscribe to an idea
If you want to monitor the progress of an idea, select the idea title to open it, then select Subscribe.
Select Unsubscribe if you no longer want to see updates.
Filter the ideas list
You can filter the list by status. This can be useful for seeing which ideas are planned, released, etc. Select a heading to apply that filter.
