Practice teams settings

You can create teams to assign work to a group users instead of an individual.

  1. On the cog icon on the top menu, select Settings, then select Practice Management.

Enable the teams feature

You can enable and disable the teams feature.

  1. On the Extras tab, enable the Teams option then select Confirm when prompted.
  2. Select Save.

Create or edit a team

A team only needs to have a team name in order to be created. Teams can exist without members assigned.

  1. On the Teams tab, select Add team then enter a Team name. Select an existing team name to edit.
  2. Select Add team members.
  3. From the list, select each user you want to be a team member, then select Add.
  4. Select Save.

Remove members from a team

  1. On the Teams tab select the name of the team to edit.
  2. Select the cross icon for each member you want to remove from the team.
  3. Select Save.

Delete a team

  1. On the Teams tab, select the name of the team you want to delete.
  2. Select Delete.
