Manage uncategorised documents

You can quickly add documents by dragging them onto the Folders tab in practice settings. The documents are added to an Uncategorised documents area where you can decide where they should be saved to.

  1. Go to Documents > Uncategorised documents. Any documents that have not yet been categorised are displayed.

  2. Select one or more documents. From the More actions list, select either:
    • Move to practice - from the confirmation message, select Yes, move it (or Yes, move them if multiple documents were selected).
    • Move to company - search for, select the required client then select OK. When prompted, select Yes, move it (or Yes, move them if multiple documents were selected).
