Connect to your practice's IRIS OpenSpace account

This feature is currently only available for customers who have migrated from Taxfiler by IRIS. We will be announcing the full IRIS OpenSpace integration launch soon!

All users who send documents from IRIS Elements to IRIS OpenSpace will use the same IRIS OpenSpace account.

The IRIS OpenSpace account must have admin level access.

  1. Go to the Cog icon and select Settings.
  2. Select Integrations.
  3. From the IRIS OpenSpace tile in Document Management, select Connect.
  4. Enter your IRIS OpenSpace administrator username and password.
  5. Select Connect.
  6. The IRIS OpenSpace tile reports whether successfully connected.

    If Not connected is reported, make sure the account details entered are correct and have the required level of access.
